As well, students will have the oppertunity to purchase items from our Bake Sale and White Elephant Sale in the gym. In order to make this a success, we need your donations of gently used toys, books, and treasures. Please send these in to the school as soon as possible. Dear Steele Street families,
As I shared with students and staff on our last day of school in December, I am now at WH Day ES as the Vice Principal. As hard as it is to change schools and leave Steele Street behind, I know that change always works out even if it can sometimes be scary! I feel very lucky to have been a part of Steele Street for over four years. That doesn’t happen very often for vice principals and it meant I was allowed to spend extra time with such great staff, students and families. I know that my family will also miss being a part of this school as students have come to know my daughter Cameron through her presentation at Steele Street and my children’s visits to see Mrs. Walker J
I am looking forward to meeting new people at WH Day ES and I know that Mrs. Kennedy is very excited to be coming to Steele Street PS to meet all of you. I wish you all the best in 2014 and I look forward to hearing all the wonderful Steele Street news through Mrs. Wright-Drzazga.
